“Balcony traps emit foul odours and become blocked every two months”

“Units are large and outlooks are acceptable, yet condition deteriorates with the passage of time. Discoloured water in cisterns and taps renders daily life unpleasant. Moisture from aged cooling ducts keeps the entire apartment damp whenever the system is switched off or set above 23 °C. Kitchen tiles are detaching. Balcony traps emit foul odours and become blocked every two months. Gym equipment is damaged and no longer usable. (Positives: Size. Negatives: Maintenance.)”
