“Unprofessional when it comes to listening to tenants and sorting out the maintenence issues. No proper actions taken and you have to call and send emails multiple times to get response however actions take weeks ans months. each party blames the other and as a tenant you don't get your services done. Humidity in my apartment for the past 2 months causing health issues yet no action taken. Many other issues raised that are secondary but no action taken such as bad garbage room smell, gym facilities are 3rd class, noises from the gym underneath the building till 1 am in the morning, no looper cleaning and lack of hygiene in the corridor...”
