From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I currently live in the building; the air conditioning broke down in the middle of summer, and the maintenance company is a disaster. It took them two days just to process the report of the issue, and the response I received was that they don't know when they'll fix it. Four days have already passed, and I still have no resolution from the company. We are in the middle of summer with temperatures hitting 45 degrees, yet they are unable to solve the problem. A maintenance company simply shouldn't be this unprofessional. We have been waiting since Sunday, July 26th to Thursday, July 30th without a solution from the company.”

“Second review here ! Beside the headache on renewal , elevator was not working for months, Here is the latest: leak from ceiling as showing in the video, a pure building problem and absolutely not my fault, they are asking me to pay for it ! A risky leak beside cables and they want to charge me for something in the building. , RERA should know about this and every future tenant needs to know who he would deal with as well”
