“We’ve been facing ongoing parking issues at this property for months. Despite having just one maximum two designated parking building, some flats are using it for multiple vehicles—up to 6–7 cars per unit—while others who aren’t even residents are allowed to park here. The guards and administration are fully aware of this misuse but have taken no effective action.
This situation has forced us on several occasions to leave our own home after work because we had no place to park. We’ve even had to sleep elsewhere or rely on friends to pick us up, which is incredibly frustrating and unfair.
One night, after returning from a medical emergency and surgery, we came home completely exhausted only to find—once again—nowhere to park. With no choice and no energy left, we parked in a non-standard spot. A guard, after hearing our situation, responded with complete emotional detachment. He told us it was "okay" to park there but twice raised his hands to say they wouldn’t be liable for any damage to our car.
This experience is extremely disappointing. There’s a serious lack of enforcement and compassion from management and security, and it’s deeply affecting the quality of life for residents who follow the rules.”

“Absolutely Disappointed..
Moving into this studio apartment has been a disaster. I would never recommend this building for families. Daily water outages are infuriating, and the maintenance service is utterly unreliable. To make matters worse, the management is completely unresponsive to any of my concerns. Save yourself the trouble and look for a better place!”

“New buildings, some are still not open yet, there is lack of maintenance, they fixed Gas pipes almost 2 months ago, but until they did not fill the holes, Alarm system also not very good”
