“The sauna has been out of order for nearly 6 years…”

“The gym is practically out of service most of the time due to ongoing maintenance issues. The sauna has been out of order for nearly 6 years, and the pool heater has also never worked properly during these 6 years. Now, even the AC in the gym is not functioning, making it extremely difficult and uncomfortable to use the facility. We have raised multiple complaints with the management over the years, but unfortunately, no effective or lasting action has been taken. This is unacceptable, especially considering that these facilities are part of the services residents are paying for. We request the management to address these issues urgently and provide a clear timeline for restoring the gym AC, sauna, and pool heater to proper working condition. We would appreciate a concrete response rather than another temporary fix.”
