“Very poorly maintained building with serious construction and management issues. The nearby vacant plot has become a hangout for drunk people, and the area is extremely dusty due to kacha parking around the building. The build quality is terrible. Sound travels from the top floors all the way to the first floor, making it impossible to live peacefully. From day one, the built-in wardrobes were already damaged, which says a lot about the construction standards. Basement parking is a complete mess. There are frequent leakages from toilet pipes, causing water to flood the parking area. This has repeatedly damaged parked cars, and the issue keeps happening without any proper permanent fix. “Be careful before renting in this building. They will deduct from your security deposit even if you hand over the apartment in good condition. Building management is very unresponsive and does not properly address concerns. It feels like only legal action gets their attention. Just be cautious and clarify everything about deposit deductions before moving in.”

“Pro Clean yes so 1 point, cleaners are active. CONS. Pest specially cockroaches in all flats, coming from door, drainage etc. Garbage room is filled with them. Water leakage visible in all corridors You are charged for consumption even if you don't use chiller. (Charges other than fixed cost). Which is unnecessary financial burden. Maintenance 1 staff running over in all flats. Security 1 active 1 busy in phone watching reels full time. WORST is phone signals Your normal calls and sim won't work. Specially in courtyard flats, I'm not aware of road side flats. Definitely add on wired expensive network else you can't do anything on phone, TV, Internet etc. Hope someone looks into it to get it sorted! No sunlight in courtyard flats. Bathroom extraction fan doesn't work.”

“Been staying here on a 2 BHK with my whole family with kids, very satisfied. Have to give a shout out to Prem from Security and Murgan from Maintenance for going above and beyond in their service. 24/7 security and Surveillance. Whatever issues I had was rectified before I can even ask from the management.”

“Been staying here on a 2 BHK with my whole family with kids, very satisfied.
