What one reviewer said

“This review is solely based upon the behaviour of personnel whom are supposed to deal in an amicable manner with clients. The building is no doubt seems to be elegant with fully furnished 1 bedroom, studio, 2 bedroom layouts however, upon conversation with the team, all opinions took flight. They immediately mentioned that you must take the room as of now since we have variable short term rentals. Secondly, upon asking about the all inclusive rent, the response from them was with raised eyebrows and in a rude manner(take it or leave it). Sorry, I would not be recommending this to anyone unless the attitude changes.”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I visited AJZ Residence because I was interested in renting an apartment in the building. Although the building itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained, my experience with the agents was extremely disappointing. I dealt with three different agents, and none of them behaved professionally. I was among the first people to view the apartment and clearly expressed my interest, but one or two hours later, I suddenly found out without receiving any updat that it had been booked by someone else. The booking process is unclear, poorly managed, and a complete waste of time. Based on my personal experience, I would not trust the agents handling rentals here. It is unfortunate that such a good building is represented by agents who provide so little communication, transparency, or professionalism. Never trust the agents and the manager here , because they are not reliable people and just manipulate you.”
