“Security 5 stars, night and morning shifts are very cooperative. Club services are not maintained, walls are black and equipment breaks down, they don't fix it quickly. The pool breaks down every so often and stops for months until they fix it. Maintenance is very good, the maintenance worker's name is Laki. The apartment is excellent but the problem is almost every year they increase the fees from 5% to 10%.”

“I lived in this building for 5 years. It was a beautiful period and the building is quiet with refined residents and wonderful, cooperative security. The best part was the building manager, Mr. Ahmed, who always worked for the residents' comfort and I appreciated his maintenance of cleanliness and safety standards in the building.”

“So smelly all bad smells from neighbors you will get it at your apartment. Have been contacting the administration several times they keep saying we have ventilation.. we use high quality products!!! The smell is disgusting and turns your stomach no matter how much you perfume it and smoke the smells come in and make the apartment smell terrible I contacted the administration with no benefit and the day new tenants come to view the apartment they perfume everywhere 😂 minutes pass and the disgusting smell of the cooking comes back hugely. I'm canceling the contract at the first opportunity”

“The floor is smelly and there are no air fresheners or air cleaners. Every time I call management they say "there is ventilation" and no action is taken. The building has fans but bad and annoying odors. Whenever I call management they say there is ventilation, and the odors enter the apartment and ruin the smell of the apartment forever and no amount of air freshener in the world can cover it up.”
