“I've had a disappointing experience with this property. The fire alarms go off randomly, even in the middle of the night, disrupting sleep. Additionally, they have a reputation for not returning the security deposit, even when the property is handed over in excellent condition with video proof. Since Emirates Properties took over, maintenance has declined sharply—issues like moisture, wall seepage, and water leaks when it rains have become common. Water from the AC often leaks through the false ceiling. Parking security is also lacking, you find unauthorized cars parked in assigned spots sometimes. The building has rented ground floor to massage center and people from there use ground floor…”

The building has rented ground floor to massage center and people from there use ground floor parking level to smoke which is very disturbing.”

“Very bad experience specially fire alarm which rings day and night with such loud noice. We cannot even ignore fire alarm but in this building no reason it keeps ringing. Even maintenance is bad team does not respond to any email until you send several follow up emails.”

“False alarms all the time, bad smell when you open balcony door or windows, seepage, walls are moist and peels off, parking area is not properly maintained, general maintenance is pathetic. Area is not attractive.”

“The building management here is extremely poor and unprofessional. Maintenance is practically non-existent, and any issues raised are met with little to no response. They also have a reputation for not returning the security deposit, no matter what. If you’re considering this place, Be Aware !!!”
