However, several areas need improvement, including the gym, which has very limited equipment, and the corridors, which can develop unpleasant odors during summer due to the lack of air conditioning. Parking can be challenging, and despite a no-pets policy, some residents keep dogs and cats. The swimming pool facilities are also inadequate, with no changing rooms or showers nearby. Children must use the stairs to access lower floors after swimming, creating a potential safety risk. Addressing these issues would greatly improve the living experience.”

“I recently moved into the building, but the poor services I've seen in this building are not befitting an area in Nadd Al Hamar and in an emirate that provides all services like Dubai. There is no parking space. Nothing that needs fixing gets repaired. I tried contacting the manager and the company but there's no response. I urge the officials or Dubai Municipality to follow up on this building and the lack of attention from those in charge to the complaints of its residents.”

“It's a nice building, and very good environment inside ,The maintenance staff Mr Ahmad Raza he is doing very well and resolve problem on maintenance required thankyou for good staff in BAHRI GATE 2 BUILDING THANKYOU SO MUCH .”
