“The location itself is very good - family-oriented, lots of greenery, close to the metro and nearby there is a school and shops and cafes and everything you need, BUT the apartments in The Greens are very 'tired', renovations have not been done 'at all', the layouts are often outdated and black mold is frequently observed in the apartments and the buildings themselves are also 15 years old and this strongly spoils the impression.”
