Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“We lived in this building for three years. The size of the apartment, lay out and facilities in the building were good, as well as the area. However, a podium parking space doesn't have shade. Also, there is no play area for kids. The building is surrounded by accommodations. Which was okay until the moment when 7/11 building started allowing sharing. The area is heavily affected by the traffic and parking situation. No walking paths, garbage, and the area still looks like unfinished. The tracks and tankers parked on the sand pits, dirty and congested area and simply missing space for parking if you are having guests. 7/11 building is approving shared living, however, parking and facilities are simply not there. The cherry on the top of the rent prices. Absolutely, unreasonable given the traffic, surrounding and building management style. I will not recommend to reside there given my experience.”

“Initially seemed like a good place to stay seeing as the building itself looks nice and the apartments are very modern. But after staying there for a while its turned into a nightmare. The place is swarming with cockroaches inside the apartments as well as common areas and building management doesn't seem to care.
There was supposed to be shading put up for the outside parking area but we are running on month 7 with that seeming to be nowhere in sight.
You also have to beg them to turn on the pool heating on weekends in winter (which they then do only for about 1 day) and any repairs requested will take you months (we had a massive leak with extensive water damage which took almost 5 months to fix).
The AC bills for the entire building also seems highly suspicious seeing as from what I've seen almost all of the tenants have received a 200-300% increase in their AC bills over the last 6 months with no explanation.”

“One of the worst move in processes I’ve ever dealt with, the building is nice but the management doesn’t seem to want to rent out the units, they did not even provide me with the documents needed to even complete the paperwork on my own. Someone had to go to their office to make sure they file a simple application online, after I’ve made all the payments for the whole year 🫠”
