“We have lived in this building for 3 years, and unfortunately the maintenance service has been very disappointing. Our intercom has been broken for several months. We reported it many times through security, but nothing happened. After contacting Rocky directly, we received repeated promises that someone would come to fix it, but appointments were delayed, callbacks never came, and even after being told technicians would come the next day, nobody showed up. Not respecting appointments is not a new thing here, and we have had to go downstairs to open the door for every late delivery all this time. This is not the only issue we have experienced. “We have lived in this building for 3 years, and unfortunately the maintenance service has been very disappointing. Our intercom has been broken for several months. We reported it many times through security, but nothing happened. After contacting Rocky directly, we received repeated promises that someone would come to fix it, but appointments were delayed, callbacks never came, and even after being told technicians would come the next day, nobody showed up. Not respecting appointments is not a new thing here, and we have had to go downstairs to open the door for every late delivery all this time. This is not the only issue we have experienced. We have also dealt with recurring mold and humidity problems, bathroom issues that keep coming back, ventilation problems causing bad smells, and repairs done with old replacement parts that caused new leaks. The building has potential, but the communication and maintenance response are below what residents should expect, especially considering the rent prices.”
