“I’ve been living in this building since 5 years and I’m truly not happy with the maintenance of this building, no security cameras on all the floors, security guys not on their seat most of the times, even a small repair of fire alarm took more than 3 months, pool is always under maintenance, repair and cleaning of pool is extremely slow or often delayed. The pump is not working and the tiles are broken in the pool. When we ask them they say its not under owners management and it is managed by some third party thats why there is delay.”

“Spacious rooms and balconies - and rent is reasonable too, but very bad maintenance. Bathrooms and kitchens have multiple holes were cockroches live peacefully even after a pest control job. No, dont expect them to fix it for you- it is impossible as they have got a lousy team in their maintenance dept and technicians are patchwork professionals lol. Even bathroom doors have holes in them, but covered with a metal sheet-again home for cockroches. Tenants throw trash through windows which end up collected in the first floor terrace which ives us a messy view from thw window. I am sure the tenants of first floor are tired of cleaning the mess. Noisy kids run around in the corridors without any control, their toys and scooters are left scattered in the corridors. Waste is always kept in the garbage room without dropping to the shoot which makes the whole floor stink. A big mess to a beautiful building.”
