“Very poor service quality. I requested the maintenance team for service, but it has been four days and the job is still pending. I raised a complaint, yet there has been no resolution. The customer service team keeps repeating the same two words: “apologies” and “sorry for the delay.” The electrician team is completely unresponsive, and the management appears to be poorly organized. I am disappointed with the service quality. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves the coordination and responsiveness of the service My job req number is 86373..”

“Bad real estate employees are not helpful. Not flexible. Building is not good Chiller is always not working. Very difficult especially during summer”
