“60 % batchilors. Very old building with bad service. Maintenance team is not good. We are staying here for 2 year....In my experience this is the worst real estate company here (jscom RealEstate) . Maintenance department that does not know how to do the work. If any work is done by paying cash, the maintenance department will come immediately. The service is very poor but the rent cheque is deposited in the bank on time”

“60 % batchilors. Very old building with bad service. Maintenance team is not good. We are staying here for 2 year....In my experience this is the worst real estate company here (jscom RealEstate) . Maintenance department that does not know how to do the work. If any work is done by paying cash, the maintenance department will come immediately. The service is very poor but the rent cheque is deposited in the bank on time”
