“I wish I can give it less than a star, the building is done with the cheapest building materials, the walls are very thin! You can literally hear your neighbours using the toilet, the garbage disposal is a nightmare very noisy!! the building management Rocky RealEstate is very unprofessional, I had many issues with them, they have raised the renting fees 6,000 AED in my very first year! Please avoid this building.”

“The building is clean and has all the services available in it. The apartments are spacious and the rents are reasonable. All services are close by and can be used for walking.”

“One star is too much rate for the place ugly building finished with very low quality goods, garbage rooms very dirty and tube placeced at the far end of area, car parking area full of garbage smell. It is not recommended to be at.”

“Very bad company never rent with them, when we first moved in our UAE ID was not yet ready we agreed with them to give us 1 week but since its not in our hand when it will be ready it got delayed they threatened us to cut the power and water we called the authority to stop them as they have no right to do so, and now as we are moving out they are trying to take our insurance!!! Although we left the apartment spotless and in perfect condition (only me and my husband lived there), before we leave the janitor him self told us they will never give us back our money they will try hard to cut of it as they did the same with all the tenants no matter what is the condition of the apartment just for the sake of money.”
