“Very poor maintenance and management team . I lived there for 3 years and the maintenance was very poor , their response is very late. One day the AC had a problem then I have to take my family to hotel due to their poor response. They don't provide good maintenance and when you leave they deduct your security deposit without any proper justification. They claim it is family building but there are many bachelors in the building. This is not recommended at all”

“The management is the worst. While leaving the apartment they treat you like a criminal. Even if one nail put up or even basic curtains they charge you for everything when you leave. Would never recommend Al Khair Management or their properties.”

“Very poor maintenance and management team . I lived there for 3 years and the maintenance was very poor , their response is very late. “Management is behaving as if tannets are employed here. Parking was fixed after 6 months, during that period people had to park outside and were paying fines but they didn't care. After two years, all parking spots have been changed without any justification. Nobody is replying to emails. Seems current management is playing against the OWNER who is unaware how his interest is being undermined by his own employees. Never recommend anyone to move in this building.”

“Do not live here . I repeat do not live in this building . The layout is very spacious but management is extremely poor makes decisions with out informing the tenants and never responses for even an emergency . Management of this building do not care what you want you just follow what they want.”
