What one reviewer said

“Very poor management and maintenance service. My AC stopped working and started leaking in this summer whether . It’s been over 4 hours, and after multiple calls, management sent me to maintenance, and maintenance referred me to the AC team. No one responded or fixed the issue. The watchman was also unhelpful and only told me to complain. Very disappointing service and no sense of responsibility.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.
