Al Safa sits between Al Wasl Road and Sheikh Zayed Road, just inland from Jumeirah, and splits into Al Safa 1 and 2. It is a villa area first: large plots, gated compounds, mature trees. The apartments are a scattering of low-rise blocks and newer buildings along the Dubai Water Canal rather than anything like a tower district.
Safa Park is on the doorstep and Downtown, DIFC and the beach are all minutes away, which is what the rent buys. It is expensive by the standards of most of this list, and the apartment stock is small enough that choice is limited. The metro stations sit out on Sheikh Zayed Road, a drive rather than a walk from most of the area.
