From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“Just avoid this, lots of better option for rental are available in surrounding area and better area like Al Seef, mankool etc at better/less rate. Its an old shabby building with very poor maintainence. No security at entrance, any one can reach your apartment without any one stopping/asking.No proper lighting at basement, the basement parking don't even have proper lighting, only 2-3 lights and those too operates randomly, ramp have zero lights,no automatic drop gates at parking, they are but damaged so always remains open means . Very small lift, hardly for 3-4 person at a time,no swimming pool, badly maintained Gym, infact Gym is only for show, most of the equipments are not working. In short it's not worth at all.”
