“Worst Management & Experience in Dubai This was the worst experience I have ever had during my stay in Dubai. We informed the management that we needed to transfer on March 31. They told us that we had to make the payment by March 29 to ensure the transfer would happen on time. We paid on the requested date, but on March 31, they kept giving different excuses, saying the flat would only be ready at night. When we arrived that night, the flat was still not ready. This caused us immense frustration, especially since my mother has asthma, and I have a premature 10-month-old baby. We had no choice but to find another place to sleep that night. On April 1, they assured us that everything would be ready by 3:00 PM, but it was still not fixed. By April 2, we had to check into Wescott Hotel, and even now, on April 4, the flat still smells of fresh paint, making it unlivable. We requested compensation, at least a discount on the parking fee, due to the inconvenience caused by their mismanagement. However, they refused, showing no concern for the difficulties we faced. I DO NOT recommend this building for families. They claim it is a "family-friendly" flat, but they do not care about their tenants. They enforce strict rules like a 7-star hotel, yet their service and concern for families are nonexistent. Attached are photos showing the state of the flat when we were forced to transfer.”

“This building actual name is Abdullah Al moosa. This building is old residence building it's huge building, front side some some shops are there but empty, room size are good, fully maintened, security always, near to bus or Metro station”

“I am staying here from last 6 years... Very neat and clean building. Specious Apartments...very peaceful and quiet place too...Metro and bus station also very nearby to get easy transport...”
