“It used to a great building and amazing community. In the last few years, unfair management practices for greed has resulted in poor maintenance leading to pests infestations on each floor. Your deposit is not going to be refunded irrespective of however it says in your contract. Its considered to be management s right to keep.”

“It used to a great building and amazing community. In the last few years, unfair management practices for greed has resulted in poor maintenance leading to pests infestations on each floor. “Office refused to return whole amount of security deposit to 20 year old tenant by lame excuses of maintenance (scratch on door handle is an example) rather than appreciation of leaving the apartment in clean position.”
