“Mumtaza Complex is a lovely residential area with a calm vibe and a vibrant mix of cultures. I noticed people from England, the UK, Spain, the Philippines, and India living there. The place has great amenities like a playground, tennis court, and swimming pool, though access is limited to residents. I often visit the complex for art classes at Artkalafinearts_dubai, an institute run by a well-known art teacher in Dubai. You can contact them on Instagram for class details. Definitely worth checking out!”

“A lovely private gated family community with over 200 independent 3/4 bedroom villas with surrounding garden areas and large communal swimming pool. There is a management office onsite for rental enquiries, owned, maintained and managed by Dubai Development Company. Unfortunately the community clubhouse was closed down some years ago and remains closed. Easy access to SZR and MBZ road networks. There are many religious churches, temples and mosques close by to suit all faiths and nationalities. Jebel Ali village (under new construction), Ibn Battuta and Festival Plaza malls are also located close by.”

“Really great Expat community. Everyone's really friendly and the facilities are excellent. Pool, tennis, squash, bar, gym. Food and drink prices are really good too, and nowadays rents are more reasonable. Wow😍👍”
