“I had a pleasant stay in Al Rihab although it has some issues but overall the stay was good. The security and maint staff namely Jawaharulla, Sadakat, Munasing are nice and quick to respond. Dewa and maintenance was free. Hallways and reception are well kept and cold. Reason for leaving: - rent went too much for a small studio - studio had a balcony and open view but awkwardly designed - kitchen area had no provision for range hood so if you cook the smoke can spread in your room and might trigger alarm. - no parking even if you are will to pay”

“I really like this accomodation. maintainance is always good and the place feels like home(it is). I wish the security team and home care team good luck. I wish they had a heated swimming pool also.”

“Stayed here for 3 years since it’s opening. Horrible design, horrible service, a lot of shared accommodations, tons of cockroaches, no cleaning for public areas, and sound insulation between units is just horrible. The agent, security guard and staff are the worst people I have ever dealt with. Advice to potential tenants: don’t rent here if you are looking for convenience. Advice to landlord: change the entire staff and hire professionals with good customer service to manage your investment.”

“The worst and the most disgraceful real-estate company ever. Say goodbye to your deposit cheques. Make sure everything is in writing. They need 30 days notice to hold a check for 2 days. There are two by the names of Ali and Qureshi are big con artists. I should have read comments before I moved in.”

“Stayed here for 3 years since it’s opening. “Descent building but in hands of the wrong real estate company. They discount Cheques so once cheques are given there’s no modification. Not flexible at all compared to many real estate companies. Any disputes you need to drive all the way 70kms to Ajman. Hard to even get the deposits back. Glad I left. Before you decide always check the neighboring buildings they could offer you much better pricing. Also go to the pool and check the water is green color and full of bird feathers all the time”
