“I regret renting in this place. They only care about taking money from tenants, and the apartments are honestly not worth it — poor quality, constant humidity in the walls, and overall a terrible living environment. The management is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They suddenly block your car from entering the complex without informing you, even though tenants are allowed to register one vehicle. When you ask them why, they blame it on “guests not paying for parking,” which makes absolutely no sense. On top of that, they charge for parking even though the ticket says the first 3 hours are free. They still force you to pay after only 2 hours and 45 minutes. Overall, this is by far the wor…”

“I haven't been here for a while since its initial opening. We used to visit the Starbucks there often when it first started business. It feels like the retail business is slowly closing up and not sustainable. The upkeep of the public area is extremely disappointing. Public amenities were very dirty and you can tell the public area is run-down and no one is investing in maintaining the place. I will not be revisiting any restaurant there again.”

“It's been over a week since the washroom was closed It is a very big complex but there is a problem with the boys' washroom”

“I live there now. Regretting. Very disappointing maintenance. Owners although very well known guy in dubai and worldwide seems to avoid spending to maintain it. Dropping it further more from 2 to 1. They allow dogs to pee atentrances, tolerate dogs to enter grocery store, the sewage smell and droppings from the ceiling in the parking. broken and shatered glass doorsin basement. NO DISCIPLINES. This is not worth 10k a year”
