Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“I was a tenant in the old Al Shebley Building/new sunrise tower for the last 4 years and vacated on 30.06.2025. All the long term tenants are well aware that from the beginning itself there were several maintenance issues like paint flaking off wall, dripping from ceiling, mould formation & plumbing issued. During my tenancy in the past 4 years, several times I requested maintenance and never ever got single-time assistance from the old management. I informed the same to the new management and the result was the same. Just ignoring without even acknowledging. Because of my two kids and their safety concern, I did major maintenance in the apartment specifically in the bath tub and other areas paying from my pocket. Now at the time of vacation there was inspection followed with quotation and my deposit got deducted. I refused to pay the excess amount charges beyond the deposit. That bldy ppl closed the gate and didn’t let the full loaded truck go out while vacating. Totally worst and inhuman attitude I encountered from the building supervisor. The lady from office refused to speak with me saying Sunday is her day off and she can’t speak with the tenant. She cant do anything on this. If I break something in the apartment, of course I am liable to pay and I don’t even mind to pay. But ignoring tenants’ request without even acknowledging and suddenly popping out at the time of vacating is really bad. All tenants, please forget about your deposit and do expect these dramas while vacating. They will lock you inside, so u get frustrated and will get forced to pay off. Worst experience I had.”

“The building is decent, regularly cleaned, and maintained. One good thing is that the place is generally peaceful. The location is also very convenient, with a bus stand right across the building and nearby establishments like a supermarket, cafeteria, pharmacy, and barber shop. However, there are several major issues. The soundproofing is terrible—you can hear everything from outside. Some tenants are very inconsiderate, allowing their children to run, scream, and play in the hallways until midnight, and management does nothing about it. The hallways are often messy, with bottled water containers, strollers, toys, and shoes scattered around. There's also a foul smell from the kitchen exhaust that lingers inside the rooms. The worst part is the lack of mobile signal—there's no reception anywhere in the building, making communication very difficult. I hope management can address this issue by installing a mobile signal booster. Overall, while the building is OK, the lack of soundproofing, noisy and messy environment, persistent foul odors, and the complete dead zone for mobile signal make it a frustrating place to live.”

“While the location is great, the noise in the building is becoming a problem. Children playing in the hallways (running, screaming) and loud conversations late at night make it hard to sleep. I hope management addresses these noise disturbances soon.”
