“Currently living in a one-bedroom apartment (no balcony) in…”

“Currently living in a one-bedroom apartment (no balcony) in this building. Moved to this new SBK building last year in May and have no complaints so far. Full-size gym and a pool. Located in the same area as the Armada Hotel. Fifteen minutes walking distance to Lulu Hypermarket and twenty minutes to Mall of the Emirates. Number of restaurants nearby and, most importantly, a few supermarkets open 24 hours with free home delivery. Absolutely recommended.”
