“Hi! I am new resident in Alyakka residency building in Mankool. The security gaurd Mr. Raj helped me alot in my paper work. The staff is realy coperative. I am happy being here. This building and the appartment feels like a home away from home. Building is realy clean and things are realy well. A positive vibe is there as we enter the building. Thankyou”

“Just now I visit in alyakka residence we meet Mr.raja he is a security nice behavior he know very well how to deal with a tenant and I saw building also very neat and clean Thanks 😊”

“This is very nice but problem is one or twice in a month some problem happens like electricity related problems and mostly water problems but overall it's good and we live here”
