“1.Dirty yellow color water comes from all the taps every morning and you have to wait for few minutes to see the normal water color. 2. Because of the bad water, serious hair fall issues faced by everyone. 3. The agency AL Raea who is handling the lease contract cheat the customers by taking 5% as admin fee at the time of renewal. They are actually taking the same agent fee every year in terms of admin fee. 4. The pipe breaks all of a sudden and the apartment will be full flooded. 5. Fire alarm goes every now and then. 6. Maintenance team never picks up the call or responds. and a lot more.”

“Worst spot in Nad Al Hamar. There is always cars parked in front of the building. It is such a nuisance. Some tenants bring their relatives over and they have extra cars which they park right in front of basement elevator. Most are local and security guy is scared to talk to them. Building overall has water related issue....Yellow dirty water in all pipes. No Gym facility. landlord wont take any responsibility”

“Pls dont take this flat ... yellow water and low quslity fittings and flies and bees and very bad maintance and they charge 2000 dhs for maintance also”
