“This building is one of the the worst places to live at. It is overpriced and low quality. Maintenance is poorly done regarding any and every problem you may face in your unit; Management in building is completely useless, they don’t know how to communicate, don’t solve any problems that you bring to them if you talk to them about any issues or lack of response in their part the watchman of the tower will start shouting at you; The floors are dirty, the reception is often used as playground by people who doesn’t even live in the building and nothing is done about it; The smoke detectors are constantly going off at all hours and takes them at least 30 minutes to switch them off; Constant smel…”

“This building is one of the the worst places to live at. It is overpriced and low quality. Maintenance is poorly done regarding any and every problem you may face in your unit; Management in building is completely useless, they don’t know how to communicate, don’t solve any problems that you bring to them if you talk to them about any issues or lack of response in their part the watchman of the tower will start shouting at you; The floors are dirty, the reception is often used as playground by people who doesn’t even live in the building and nothing is done about it; The smoke detectors are constantly going off at all hours and takes them at least 30 minutes to switch them off; Constant smell of mold coming from the AC vents and absolutely no action taken by the landlord; The windows are filthy, you barely see the outside they were never cleaned ever since the property was rented.”

“Urgent please i need the management contact number for this building: The watchman is so rude they are dangerously talking to tenant . That watchman has no skills of security or even how to communicate. Please fire this guy and recruit professional security”
