“The building is clean and beautiful and on the main street. However, we hear noise and children screaming every day, running and playing in the hallways as if they're in the street. The second floor especially - when it rains, water enters from the sides of the windows and damages everything in the room.”

“Clean building but kids freely play in the common area despite the prohibiting signs on the wall, security doesn't manage this so there is no silence on my floor. Also despite this is pet free building I constantly hear dog barking from neighbour apartment. If you want peace and silence please look for other building. For me this is a crucial issue.”
