“The building is clean in general, but we've been living in the building for about two years and the maintenance work hasn't finished! The drilling sounds above our heads start before 8 in the morning and don't stop until the afternoon! Every working day, we've talked to them several times and there's been no result. I have a sick person at home who can't handle these sounds and I have a baby. The sound is very annoying and loud, it's nerve-wracking. We've been exhausted over these two years and we don't even know when the work will end. There were even days when they worked into the night, but after we complained more than once they started stopping around the afternoon. The sounds of drilling, marble cutting, and tile breaking from above us and from the same floor and from all directions—we haven't seen a single day of rest. Is it really possible that there's no respect for the residents like this! The walls at my place have even cracked from the force of the banging and drilling, so imagine the people living under these works! I understand that the owner has to do maintenance work, but there has to be respect for the residents and they should try to finish the work quickly, not two years with no end in sight—if it were an apartment building that had collapsed!”

“البنايه نضيفة بشكل عام ولكن النا سنتين ساكنين بالبناية تقريبا واعمال الصيانه ماخلصت! اصوات الحفر فوق راسنا بتبدأ من قبل الساعه ٨ الصبح وما بتخلص للعصر! كل ايام الدوام، حاكيناهم كزا مرة وماكان في نتيجة، انا عندي بالبيت شخص مريض وما بيقدر على هي الاصوات وعندي بيبي. الصوت جدا مزعج وعالي بيتلف الاعصاب تعبنا كتييير خلال هالسنتين وحتى مو معروف ايمتا لح تخلص الاعمال. كان في ايام كمان يبقو للليل بس بعد ما اشتكينا اكتر من مرة صارو يوقفو تقريبا العصر ، اصوات الحفر وقص الرخام وتكسير البلاط من فوقنا ومن نفس الطابق ومن جميع النواحي ماشفنا يوم راحة. معقول لهالدرجة مافي احترام للسكان! حتى من قوة الطرق والحفر الحيطان عندي اتصدعت فما بالكم بالناس الي عايشين تحت هي الأعمال! انا بقدر انه المالك بيتطر يعمل اعمال صيانه ولكن لازم يكون في احترام للسكان و يحاولو يخلصو الاعمال بسرعه مو سنتين وما تخلص لو بنايه كانت طلعت !”
