“I’ve been living in this building for 4years, it is a really nice building with a nice maintained gym and swimming pool with many utilities and space. There are also many children to make friends with and everything is near by as well(metro,mall). One drawback is that children are not allowed to play in many areas such as the big spacious are next to the swimming pool, it’s just and empty plot and building staff doesn’t allow any children to play there. Even in the corridors, the staff doesn’t let kids play. However this building is really nice and suggested for people with families to live here 👍👍”

“I've been living in this building for five years, and it has been an amazing experience! The swimming pool is fantastic—it's spacious and well-maintained. However, there's one drawback: children are not allowed to play in the corridors or the area next to the pool. I believe this policy should be reconsidered because children should be able to have fun and enjoy the space where they live. Overall, it's a great building, but allowing children to play in the pool area would make it even better for families.”

“Building Decent, Location Excellent, Rent Super High and management is worst. Very unsupportive of any requests, lots of rules and restrictions in the building. If you continue in the building they will charge you more than outsider which doesn't make sense. Avoid this building, you will get much better value at this price in the same area.”
