The apartments are spacious, well-designed, and equipped with high-quality amenities. The building offers great facilities, including a gym, pool, and secure parking, making it ideal for families and professionals alike. “The building is poorly maintained. While it appears fancy from the outside, there are unresolved leaks and frequent maintenance issues in the apartments. Additionally, the new number plate scanning system for car entry and exit was poorly planned and executed, causing significant inconvenience for the tenants. To make matters worse, the management team is ineffective, staffed with inefficient personnel and outdated technology. The management team really needs to improve their system!”

“I am writing this Google review to express my deep concerns and disappointment regarding the living conditions at Al Sayyah Residence. It is essential for prospective tenants to be aware of the challenges they may face before choosing to reside here.
Firstly, the management enforces arbitrary rules that greatly hinder the enjoyment of the property and premises. For instance, tenants are prohibited from bringing their personal trainers, limiting our ability to engage in fitness activities conveniently within our own living space. This restriction feels unnecessary and unfairly restrictive, diminishing the overall experience of living in the building.
Furthermore, the recurring issue of the fire alarm system going off randomly is not only disruptive but also creates a sense of unease and uncertainty among residents. False alarms, particularly during odd hours, significantly disturb our daily routines and raise concerns about our ability to identify real fire emergencies promptly. This persistent problem reflects a lack of attention to the proper maintenance and functionality of the fire alarm system, jeopardizing our safety.
Regrettably, the building suffers from serious health and safety issues that go beyond mere inconveniences. Leaking ceilings during rainy weather pose significant concerns, indicating a failure to address structural flaws. Additionally, reports of tiles falling from the top of the building onto the street are distressing and pose a severe risk to the safety of pedestrians and residents alike. The negligence in maintaining the building's infrastructure raises alarm about the potential hazards that residents are exposed to on a daily basis.
One particularly horrifying incident involved a child falling from the top of the building due to management undertaking construction work right next to the children’s play area (several grounds high) and not taking necessary precautions to cover nor guard the panel they had removed from the edge of the building. Such a grave accident should never have occurred, and it highlights a clear lapse in proper safety measures and protocols. The management's negligence in preventing such incidents is unacceptable and has rightfully shaken the trust of residents in the building's management.
It is disheartening to witness the deterioration of living conditions and the disregard for tenants' well-being at Al Sayyah Residence. I hope that this review serves as a cautionary message to potential tenants and prompts the management to prioritize necessary improvements in safety, maintenance, and the enforcement of reasonable and fair rules.”
