“You cannot get any answer more than "I don't know" from the property managers. Admin and technical team cannot help with anything. In the end you will pay for FM services outside to get things done. Even the office landline in abu dhabi, nobody answers. One lucky day, someone answered but only said, I cannot hear you, call back, and then nobody answers again.”

“Let’s talk about ARNCON, the so-called property management company. Honestly, I don't even know what they manage — because it sure isn’t this building. From day one, it’s been a nightmare. There are no trash bins, no cleaning, and no maintenance. Paint is still splattered across the floors, doors, and walls from construction. It’s like they just handed over the building and walked away. It has never been properly cleaned — not once. The hallways are filthy, it smells terrible everywhere, and dirt is piling up daily. Water leaks are everywhere — from the ceilings, walls, even the elevator area. We’re only a few months post-handover and the gym and steam room are already full of mold. That’s right — actual mold growing in areas that should be brand new. What do you think this place will look like in 6 months? A year? When you go to ARNCON’s office to complain, all you get is the same copy-paste response: “We are aware and working on it.” No timelines. No action. Just empty words. Meanwhile, things are getting worse by the day. More damage. More leaks. More mold. The building is decaying in real time, and no one is doing anything. Residents are forced to live in filth while ARNCON pretends they’re managing something. It’s like they’re just waiting for people to give up. I’ve lived in many buildings — never seen anything like this. It honestly feels like a scam. A management company in name only. They are collecting service fees and doing absolutely nothing in return. This isn’t just negligence — it’s blatant disrespect for residents who paid real money to live here.”

“Careless and unresponsive. The building is always dirty, especially the waste room, which is constantly filthy, to the point it’s disgusting. The fire alarm keeps triggering for no reason, with no real emergency, even late at night or early morning, disrupting sleep, and complaints are ignored. Tenants still don’t have assigned parking spots as promised. Avoid if you expect basic cleanliness, peace, or organization.”

“Rented place here 2 weeks ago. Very dirty building. Arncon the property manager is doing nothing here. This building is new and everywhere on the floor is dirt. Garbage room wasn't cleaned 1 time, disgusting to enter there. When asking them to clean, they say, they will, but never do”
