“The new Waqf buildings are unfortunately poor. The contractor did not fear God, so there was deception and theft in the construction, whose effects appeared with use. Furthermore, the maintenance of the building and cleanliness are very poor. Unlike the Sheikh Rashid buildings in Al-Qusais, despite being older, they are sturdy and the maintenance and cleanliness in them are excellent.”
