“We have a studio appartment in AWS FAMILY RESIDENCE BUILDING, You can see the attached photos that we are facing this issue more than a month now and every day we are complaining to the management regarding the same and no one will fix the issues most of the maintenance work are doing by our self but we are paying the rent including maintenance but the management not doing the maintenance works.”

“The management is very dirty, they have no way of communicating. Now I hear that they are also charging for parking in the building Now, anyone who takes a room here even in their own name will have to pay for parking inside the building. It was a very bad experience here and the staff of this building are uneducated. They don't know how to talk to customers.”

“Its really the worst building & WORST BUILDING MANAGEMENT EVER. They are requesting to raise the rent 15% while DLD is telling 5%. Even the security is requesting that family not allowed to walk in corridor and outside because of their issue. We don't care. But there is no park and no placing area for kids. How they are avoiding families to walk around. This is really bad service from the building”
