“I have lived in this building for 4 years I moved out because of the agents and the life guard of the pool have very poor understanding of peoples concern one time the life guard was drunk it was the worst experience I have ever had will not recommend”

“I have been living in this building but unfortunately, the service has been very poor. I have been trying to contact the management for almost a year to get permission to paint my apartment, but no one has responded to my requests. The maintenance and communication are very disappointing. I hope the management will take residents’ concerns seriously and improve their service”

“Lived there for 3 years, I was the first tenant of the apartment (studio) and I'm grateful for this experience. I had no major issues and the team was always there to support and they were professional. Also, the exist process was very smooth, they were transparent and supportive. I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to write this one since it's a building I would personally recommend to others if they asked me 'what do you think of awtad residence'”
