They rarely respond to calls or maintenance requests, which makes it extremely frustrating when there is an issue that needs attention. It feels like residents’ concerns are simply ignored. Proper communication and timely responses should be a basic part of building management, but unfortunately that is not the case here.”

“This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. The management is absolutely terrible — unprofessional, disorganized, and completely incapable of handling even basic issues properly. Instead of helping, they make everything more frustrating. There is clearly no accountability, no respect for tenants, and no proper leadership at all. Very disappointing and honestly not worth dealing with. Maintenance is day dreaming and has no idea what is he doing.”

“Terrible management. Communication is almost nonexistent , they simply don’t respond when you need them. The building has a constant bad smell, and maintenance issues are ignored for long periods. You end up chasing them for basic things that should be handled immediately. On top of that, there are questionable charges with no proper explanation. Very frustrating experience overall.”
