Even the maintenance service is free the response is very poor. One day you will call them and they will give you timeframe to do and the next day you call for follow up and again another story.”

“This is a great, newly built apartment, and the studio units are perfect for a small family. The location is super convenient, with ADCB Metro, Lulu, and other shops just a short distance away. It’s a really cozy spot that makes daily life a lot easier. Definitely a good place to consider!”
