What one reviewer said

“I’ve lived in this building for the past year, and honestly, my experience has been extremely disappointing. On the surface, it looks great: modern design, nice pool, everything you’d expect. But actually living here has been a completely different story. There have been constant issues with the quality of the apartment. Things don’t hold up the way they should. I’ve personally dealt with problems like walls cracking, kitchen fittings coming loose, AC cooling, and finishes that just don’t last. I've seen my neighbors deal with their balcony glass shattering. The “smart” front door system has also been very unreliable. At one point it stopped working completely, and I was locked out of my…”

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“There is a complete absence of parking availability within the premises, and management are not being of any help at all even with the presence of vacant parking spots. This ongoing lack of parking creates continuous inconvenience. The situation has persisted without any apparent effort from property management (Stratum) to implement a practical or long-term solution. False fire alarms will randomly go on throughout the day and sometimes even past midnight. This is a safety issue as we’ve grown to ignore fire alarms at this point, which will be an issue if and when a fire does erupt within the building. Furthermore, interactions with Stratum have consistently been unhelpful and ineffective. Concerns raised by us the residents are rarely addressed in a constructive or timely manner. In most cases, issues require multiple follow-ups, repeated complaints, and at times, direct confrontation before any form of response is received. Even then, resolutions are often temporary or insufficient, leading to ongoing dissatisfaction and a lack of confidence in the management’s ability to handle our concerns professionally. The property and amenities are great but the inconvenience of parking and the non-existent hospitality from building management overtake these immensely.”

“Construction noise WITHOUT BREAK, 7 days, 24 hours. The fire alarm sounds continuously, sometimes it stops and starts again. And the quality of construction leaves much to be desired.”

At one point it stopped working completely, and I was locked out of my own apartment for around 20 minutes, which was honestly very frustrating. The biggest issue for me has been the management, Stratum. In my experience, there was little to no response to repeated follow-ups, both by email and in person. It often felt like issues were being raised but not actually addressed, which made everything more stressful than it should be. At one stage, I was without AC for about two weeks during peak summer. Given the heat, this was extremely difficult to deal with, and despite raising it multiple times, it wasn’t resolved in a reasonable timeframe. The fire alarms also go off quite frequently and can last for long periods (3+ hours), which becomes very disruptive, especially if you have pets or children. Parking has also been an ongoing issue. Overall, while the building looks good at first, living here has been a frustrating experience with ongoing issues and very little support when things go wrong. I would definitely recommend looking into this carefully before deciding to rent or buy here.”

“The building is nice overall but the fire alarm goes off frequently including early in the morning and in the middle of the night. It’s extremely loud and really stressful when you’re sleeping. This is a serious safety issue because people may start ignoring real alarms.”
