“Extremely negative experience with Binghatti. I proceeded in good faith and paid an Expression of Interest (EOI) for a 1-bedroom apartment in Binghatti Skyflame based on a clearly stated and signed 4% DLD waiver, which was a key factor in my decision. Shortly after, I received a Reservation Agreement (RA_739998) that completely ignored this agreement and instead included the 4% DLD in the payment schedule. When I raised this, I was given shifting and inconsistent explanations—first that it was a “standard form,” then a refusal to provide any written confirmation, and finally being told to pay upfront and wait for a decision later. This felt not only unprofessional but intentionally misleading. I then requested to cancel and submitted both the EOI refund form and a follow-up email confirming cancellation, yet received no response, no acknowledgment, and no apology. Overall, this experience reflects false advertising of offers that are not honored, dishonest communication, and a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. It’s extremely disappointing to deal with a developer that promotes itself so aggressively but fails to follow through on basic commitments. I am still waiting for my refund, and this entire experience has been frustrating and trust-breaking.”
