What one reviewer said

“Complaint Regarding Security Guard’s Behavior I am writing to bring to your attention repeated instances of rude and disrespectful behavior by the night security guard on duty, On multiple occasions, he has spoken to residents, including myself, in a harsh and unprofessional manner. This creates discomfort and is not in line with the respectful conduct expected from security personnel. I request you to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure that residents are treated politely and with courtesy in the future.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.
