“Management of this building is v non co-operative and poor, they also misbehave,and black male if anything doesn't go there way, they don't show and they are v disrespectful to people who live there.v smeely building, even you are not able to stay 10 minutes in balcony because too much smell of drainage stations is closed the building, management behaviour is nightmare.”

“I don't know how people living here with the sewage smell all the day and inside the bedrooms as well When you come to rent an Appartment agents will confirm to you the smell will come only 1 say a week but don't trust them you will smell it everyday and inside your bedroom as well and there's no development plans or any upcoming project tonrrduce the smell and this is what Dubai municipality confirm to me”

“The studio room is a realistic livable size compare to other studios from other developers. Plus it’s not far from city. Comparing with studios 15-20mins around Downtown Dubai, definitely worth choosing to move here.”
