“I will not recommend certainly. More importantly, I lost so much money that I may need to spend half of my life to repay the money I lost. All restaurants are empty most of the time. No one prefers to serve food at restaurants. They only prefer people who order food delivery. Not live place. Most of the supermarkets in Vicenity are empty. Staff at Supermarkets not prefer buyers. No idea why they established supermarkets. I never slept without so much heat. There were several attempts to make me bald. I would say it is Ghost abandoned city with few people who are primarily controlled. I never saw many families with kids.”

“Capital Tower is in a good location, near the metro station, medical stores, grocery supermarkets, and many restaurants. The cleanliness and building safety are good. The price is reasonable, and I recommend this building. I did not give five stars because on Thursday, 11-06-2026, the AC in our room (604A) was not working. I complained to the building management, but the AC problem has not been resolved yet.”
