“They scammed us for money! We agreed on a deposit, we paid it, they gave us a document saying the deposit could be returned. Then our plans changed, we asked for the deposit back, the developer said they won't return it. That's how laws work in Dubai. This is DMAC that practically scammed all tourists. That was a year ago, I'm sure they haven't even started construction. I don't recommend dealing with these scammers. Good luck”
