“It's so amazing project located in a golf family gated community the building it self overlooking the golf course, Bella Vista has a lots of activities and amenities such as swimming pools GEM, kids areas and retails shops”

“Very disappointing experience living in Carson Tower . The building looks good from the outside, but the actual experience has been frustrating. Maintenance issues take too long to resolve, and management is often unresponsive or unhelpful when problems are reported. The cleanliness and upkeep of common areas are also below expectations, and the overall quality does not match what is promised. For the amount being charged, I expected much better service, better maintenance, and a more comfortable living environment. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this tower based on my experience.”

“Carson towerC . Continuous mechanical vibration/drilling noise likely from HVAC/pump/elevator shaft, sounds like a drilling noise every day from 9 am to 10 pm. Please inspect riser and vibration isolation on mechanical equipment. Thank you.”

“We booked a weekend getaway here and absolutely loved it. The hotel is beautifully decorated and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The staff were always friendly and went out of their way to help us feel comfortable. Our room had a great view, and the spa on the lower floor was a real bonus. Great value for the price, and we left feeling refreshed and relaxed.”

“☀️🌈🌴🫰🔮🪄Bellavista Carson is a hidden gem in the heart of DAMAC Hills! ❤️ Living here feels like a perfect blend of luxury and tranquility. The views of the golf course and the surrounding greenery are absolutely breathtaking—especially at sunrise and sunset. The tower is modern, clean, and beautifully designed, with spacious layouts and lots of natural light through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The amenities are top-tier—swimming pool, gym, covered parking, and access to the lush park areas with lakes, walking trails, and even a skate park. The community is peaceful and secure, with friendly neighbors and easy access to major landmarks in Dubai.🌿🌇🏡”

“If you're sensitive to sounds, don't rent in the first >10 floors. There is a water pump on P3 floor that makes a humming noise 24/7, that nobody cares to fix. Building management never solves any requests, each maintenance request takes forever and has no positive resolution. And also the visitor parking issue - there are none available.”

“3 buildings with 36 floors each with less than 10 visitors parking ..... because of Damac employees got the ground floor parking and the outside parking yard .... so if someone come to visit they will find more than 100 empty unaccessible parking ...... very bad decisions”
