“Maintenance is jyst the worse. The Damac application issue request no body care, just honestly a bad building. For the last 2 months vibration and sound from corridor ac unit extend to my room and the bathroom ceiling shakes, 3 requests on the app and visited the mdintenance office manytime and no body does anything. Believe me this is not an extreme case, thats how managment treat tenants and before renting here go visit and as tenants, you will be surprised how poorly managed this building is. I hope I helped you to make your choice.”

“Maintenance is jyst the worse. The Damac application issue request no body care, just honestly a bad building. “You come back home to find yourself locked out of your apartment lol. Worst management ever! They would let you wait and wait without any mercy and tell you this is none of their business. The reception security guys are trying to steal your money constantly in various ways. For example: I was checking for the car wash service and asked the security he said 200aed per month, and when I found the service provider they told me it was only 110 haha! Where was the extra 90 going? Another one. My keys fell inside the lift and went under it. They charged me 150aed only to find out later that this service only cost 50. All that and I haven’t even started talking about the smell, the dirt, the cockroaches Aughhh disgusting and disappointing. Oh I was about to forget about the maintenance. They call them selves maintenance and the only thing they maintain is money. They over over charge and they don’t know how to fix anything. The security could come and knock on your door anytime they want. 1AM 2AM anytime with a horrible attitude and for no freaking reason. They fire alarm could vent out 4 times during the night and no one to stop it. One time they knocked on my door at 5AM saying that the fire alarm is going on because of me. I WAS SLEEPING!! I can’t believe I left this mess finally and never coming back.”

“Officials the worst buildings and management which is useless ! If even no ac and team going infeobt of your eyes they will let you go die in hit , but will not come and fix it . They are working us extra furniture, case they can’t fix anything . Parking , cockroach! Even facilities which is related to them don’t operated well . Such a shame ! They acting like I am living here for free. The only good thing it’s my security. Very lovely guys”

“Disgusting maintenance service , ac never work in gym and corridors , if any damage nobody fix . Always fire alarm signaling , all complains are useless nobody care . Security superviser is very rude and useless person. Building in very bad condition”
