“It has been a year, and we still have not received our security deposit. Despite countless attempts to contact them through phone calls, WhatsApp, and emails, we have been completely ignored. The lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism is extremely disappointing. If you're considering doing business with them, think twice. No customer should have to spend over a year chasing money that rightfully belongs to them. I sincerely hope they start treating their customers with honesty and respect because no one deserves this kind of experience.”
